Junior Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to join our international team in an entry-level, remote role with full training provided on technical profile analysis and validation. This position is ideal for someone ready to actively get involved and learn a lot of new information during the initial training period, with a desire to develop in candidate pre-screening. No previous IT experience is necessary for this opening.

Responsibilities

• Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets
• Support the profile development of the EPAM brand and enlistment of the topmost talent
• Utilize internal company tools, systems and documents
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B1+)
• Skills in MS Office
• Good communication and social skills
• Capability to analyze and decide based on previous actions
• Adaptability to business changes and a proactive approach
• Strong task organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
