Junior/Middle IT Researcher (Recruitment Department)

We are looking for a Junior/Middle IT Researcher to join our Recruitment Department and support the search and engagement of top IT talent across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Search for a wide range of IT professionals, including engineers, testers, developers, managers and architects
• Search for talent using several channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, and internal database
• Create a wide talent pool and update the CV search database
• Communicate with candidates on a daily basis and guide them through the sourcing process
• Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter
• Create informed market research and comprehensive competitor analysis
• Work closely with other members of the recruitment team
• Support employer branding strategies
• Seek new ways and sources to recruit candidates

Requirements

• Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT talent pool
• Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, and LinkedIn
• Interest in new sourcing and recruiting trends and social media
• Highly results-oriented mindset
• Very good communication and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and keep high-quality database records
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Good spoken and written English
