As a Junior HR Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employee HR-related requests, providing professional and timely support through our ticketing system. You will work closely with colleagues across different countries, ensuring an excellent employee experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and general HR operations
- Manage and resolve employee requests through the HR ticketing system within agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
- Prepare HR documentation in line with company policies and local legal requirements
- Collaborate with HR teams across multiple countries to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support onboarding, probation, and offboarding activities
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes and policies
- Handle confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and help optimize HR Shared Services workflows
- Assist with more complex HR cases and escalations as your experience grows
Requirements
- English Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — both written and spoken. This is essential, as you will work daily with colleagues and employees from different countries in our global team
- You are currently based in Ukraine (any city)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with employee data and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in HR, HR Administration, Customer Support, Shared Services, or Operations
- Experience with ServiceNow or another HR/IT ticketing system
- Knowledge of Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
