We are looking for a Junior Data Processing Specialist to join a project for one of our biggest Retail accounts. The role involves working with Payment Allocation and Case Management in the Client's systems, matching unsuccessful payments in the Client's SAP and CRM, and meeting quantity and quality SLAs. The nature of the work is tedious, standardized, and requires concentration, attention to detail, analytical thinking, the ability to manage large information intakes, and the ability to make decisions based on instructions in the KB and previous experience.
Working hours (Tbilisi time): 10 AM - 7 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual data processing: entry, categorization and updates
- Analyze complex problems, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions related to Customer transaction issues
- Suggest updates to knowledge bases
- Keep project documentation up-to-date
- Match unsuccessful payments in the Client's SAP and CRM systems
- Meet quantity and quality SLAs
- Gather information and explain solutions through written communication
- Manage large information intakes and make decisions based on cases from the past
- Switch between task types and business domains as needed
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in data processing or a related field
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both verbal and written (B2+/C1)
- Proficiency in Windows as an advanced user
- Skills in analyzing complex problems, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent written communication skills to gather information and explain solutions
- Comfortable working in both repetitive processing tasks and analytical problem-solving scenarios
- Analytical thinking with the ability to manage large information intakes and make decisions based on past cases
- Capability to learn quickly and switch between task types and business domains
Nice to have
- Background in Tier 2 Support, handling escalated issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving customer/process-related incidents beyond basic support
- Familiarity with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC), including navigating SAP, settling transactions, and identifying posting issues
- Intermediate or higher level of German
