Junior Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation practice, to support business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools within innovative and fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, current-state processes and client pain points
• Create clear functional specifications, user stories and process maps to support development
• Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC from design to deployment
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and requirements sessions
• Help translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the engineering team
• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of practical experience in business analysis or a related field
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies and tools
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of AI and intelligent automation concepts and tools
• A highly proactive attitude, coachability and a strong desire to learn emerging technologies

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as natural language processing tools, prompt engineering or automation platforms and tools
