X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world.
We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to own our corporate SaaS ecosystem: keeping it reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. You’ll work closely with Engineering, QA, Support, BI, Legal, and Finance.
What You’ll Do:
Administer and automate our tools:
- Manage Jira and Confluence: spaces, workflows, permission and notification schemes, custom fields, and Jira Automation.
- Administer Zendesk for Support: triggers, routing rules, macros, and integrations with internal backend services and APIs.
- Manage repositories and CI/CD (GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.): access keys, permissions, forks, and integrations with task trackers.
- Integrate and configure other corporate software.
Own access and security:
- Run automated onboarding and offboarding, and audit inactive accounts.
- Apply least-privilege principles when assigning roles.
- Generate, track, and rotate tokens, API keys, and service accounts.
- Administer infrastructure security tools and contribute to the IT Security Policy, Incident Management Plan, and IT Risk Plan.
- Explain security rules to employees in plain language and run initial onboarding on corporate services.
Govern AI tools:
- Support the rollout of AI assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, MCP, and plugins) across company workflows.
- Monitor token usage and quotas, and define rules that prevent leaks of data and proprietary code.
Manage vendors, platforms, and costs:
- Manage developer accounts in App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and Amazon App Store, including verifications and policy violations.
- Handle SaaS payments: compliance checks, invoices, and subscriptions.
- Maintain the approved software registry and allocate costs to projects with Accounting.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing and license plans, carefully reviewing contracts, offers, and license agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3+ years as an IT Operations Specialist, Corporate Systems Administrator, SysOps, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with centralized SaaS administration, IAM, and workflow automation.
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence; experience with Zendesk and its API integrations.
- Confident repository and CI/CD administration (GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar).
- Experience building onboarding/offboarding processes and managing secrets securely.
- Experience administering infrastructure security tools and basic knowledge of InfoSec standards.
- Understanding of AI assistants and MCP in development workflows.
- Experience with app store developer accounts and with financial and tax procedures for SaaS payments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Systems thinking and attention to detail, especially with legal documents.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SSO / identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD).
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Experience with MDM or device management.
- Experience with FinOps or SaaS spend-management tools.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a creative and dynamic environment.
- Flexible working hours and remote/office work options.
- Career growth and professional development opportunities.
- A fun and inclusive company culture that celebrates diversity and creativity.
