Why this role matters
As an Internal Infrastructure Engineer, you will support and maintain the company’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring stable operation of workplace systems, office environments, and internal tools.
You will focus on day-to-day support, equipment management, and basic infrastructure tasks, working closely with senior engineers and other teams to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Provide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Install and maintain workplace equipment (laptops, monitors, printers, meeting room setups).
- Support basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure proper setup and access for users.
- Maintain IT inventory and track equipment.
- Organize storage and ensure proper asset handling.
- Support hardware maintenance and replacements.
- Document configurations, processes, and common solutions.
- Follow established IT processes and guidelines.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates.
- Work closely with IT, Network, and Infrastructure teams.
- Support senior engineers in infrastructure and office-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal users.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
- Experience working in corporate IT environments is a plus.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, cabling, troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes.
- Basic understanding of internal IT systems and tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
