We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our creator collaborations—conducting large-scale online research to identify high-potential partners, executing global influencer marketing campaigns, and identifying new marketing opportunities to scale our reach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct large-scale online research and data mining to identify influencers and content creators who align with Moon Active’s diverse audience.
- Lead the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, creative briefing, and performance monitoring.
- Proactively scout for new marketing channels and partnership opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with talent, agencies, and management firms across various social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
- Analyze campaign results against key growth KPIs, using data to refine your approach and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital partnerships, or a research-heavy marketing role, with a proven track record of managing campaigns specifically within the US market.
- Strong ability to conduct deep-dive research and utilize data to support marketing decisions.
- A "get things done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple high-scale campaigns simultaneously, including the flexibility to occasionally align with international time zones (US market).
- A creative eye for developing innovative partnership concepts and providing direction for engaging content and scripts.
- Deeply immersed in digital culture, with an up-to-date understanding of social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm shifts.
- Absolute fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with global partners.
