HR Business Partner

We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Business Partner (Cyprus / ready to relocate to Cyprus) — someone who will become a trusted partner to the business and help our teams grow and thrive.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with business goals;
• Partnering closely with C-level executives and department heads;
• Workforce planning and resource assessment for new projects;
• Advising managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and motivation;
• Participating in final-stage interviews for key roles;
• Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and supporting career growth;
• Developing and strengthening corporate culture and employer brand;
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes;
• Organizing corporate events;
• Supporting employees during relocation to Cyprus;
• Managing HR documentation and processes;
• Evolving the HR function by implementing modern practices and AI-driven solutions.

You're the right fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist in IT or game development;
• Higher education degree and continuous professional development in HR;
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives in onboarding, motivation, L&D, and internal communications;
• Experience building HR processes in a fast-paced environment;
• Understanding of product team specifics (development, art, game design, etc.);
• Strong strategic planning skills and experience partnering with leadership;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

It’ll be a plus if you have:

• Experience working in game development companies;
• Experience scaling teams;
• Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives;
• Experience setting up and supporting office operations (location search, infrastructure, vendor management, and creating a comfortable work environment).
