The IT company Andersen invites an HR Business Partner to join the team.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.
– Ensuring a full cycle of work with key employees: managing onboarding, retention, and development (regular 1-on-1 feedback collection, adherence to unified management rhythm).
– Early risk detection for employees: identifying signs of declining performance, reduced work activity, and potential turnover before the situation becomes irreversible.
– Targeted work with employees in non-standard situations: conflict resolution, restoring work rhythm, providing support when circumstances begin to affect results.
– Collecting and analyzing information on the operational climate within departments, forming an objective view of the situation, and delivering data to management without distortion or interpretation.
– Acting as a buffer in communications between employees and management when direct interaction is difficult or creates additional losses.
– Collaborating with the CEO to identify critically important employees and develop specific retention measures.
– Identifying systemic issues at an early stage, before they escalate into a crisis, and escalating them to the appropriate decision-making level.
– Experience as a manager in production, sales, or operations.
– Ability to build trust-based communication, listen actively, and quickly extract key insights.
– Genuine interest in people, ability to maintain confidentiality and avoid unnecessary information spread.
– Resilience: ability to work with others’ challenges without losing personal clarity and productivity.
– People- and results-oriented rather than focused on status or formal authority.
– Realistic, clear‑eyed view of people and situations without losing goodwill.
– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.
– Background in psychology, sociology, or management.
– MBA or other management programs.
– Experience working in different companies and operational environments.
