Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain Python-based applications and workflows, including solutions using Apache Airflow
Orchestrate and monitor pipelines using Apache Airflow to improve reliability and visibility
Investigate issues, restore service during incidents and complete root-cause follow-ups
Deliver KTLO support, maintenance and continuous improvements across multiple applications
Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to clarify priorities and dependencies
Apply problem-solving to assess change impacts, risks and operational tradeoffs
Contribute to modern agile delivery within balanced cross-functional teams
Participate in on-call support coverage as needed to meet operational requirements

Requirements

Python proficiency with hands-on delivery of production-grade services or pipelines
Hands-on Apache Airflow experience, including development, orchestration, troubleshooting and production support of workflows
Managed services or production support exposure including incident response and service improvement
Clear communication for working with stakeholders and distributed teams
Adaptability to context switch across applications and competing operational priorities
