We are looking for a
Head of Driver Operations LATAM to lead and scale our driver ecosystem across the region. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth of our driver base, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening service quality across diverse LATAM markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure compliance within fast-evolving local environments. This position plays a critical role in shaping the regional supply strategy, optimizing investment efficiency, and delivering consistent performance results to top management.
- Lead Driver Operations across the LATAM macro-region.
- Drive growth of the driver base and ensure stable supply hours.
- Improve service quality and reduce key operational risk metrics (CR, fraud, DR).
- Launch and scale driver acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate local teams and cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, safety, finance).
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of supply investments.
- Monitor key KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to top management.
- Ensure operational resilience and compliance with local market requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of the driver acquisition funnel, unit economics, and core operational metrics.
- Data-driven decision-making and solid analytical skills.
- Experience launching and scaling operations across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
