Golang Devloper

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (T2/T3) – Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-native microservices. In this role, you will build high-performance RESTful APIs, work with container technologies and image registries, contribute to infrastructure automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable applications. This position is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model (3 days work from office) and flexible working hours, with GoLang teams typically working until 11:00–11:30 PM IST.

Essential functions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and distributed microservices.
• Develop and optimize cloud-native applications following microservices architecture.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and container/image registries.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable software.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and scalability.
• Follow engineering best practices, code reviews, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) (mandatory).
• Experience with backend development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with container/image registries.
• Exposure to Infrastructure Automation.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru.

Would be a plus

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
