EPAM Systems is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to shape and direct our global events team. In this role, you'll oversee the planning, logistics and execution of events worldwide, ranging from executive dinners to international tradeshows and everything in between! You will also partner closely with the field, partner and campaign marketing teams while supporting sales in creating self-service event solutions. Your expertise is critical in managing event booths, supplies, costs and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities
- Build, lead and develop a global events team responsible for execution of programs across multiple regions
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics including planning, budgeting, execution and post-event analysis
- Collaborate with field, partner and campaign marketing teams to align event strategies with broader marketing goals
- Develop an "Event in a Box" toolkit for the sales team -- self-service event solutions that empower them to host their own events effectively
- Manage all aspects of event booths including design, setup, staffing and teardown
- Oversee inventory and logistics for event supplies to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to maintain quality service and budget adherence
- Track event performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure all events reflect EPAM brand standards and messaging
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in event marketing with at least two years in a leadership role over remote teams
- Track record of large-scale events and complex logistics
- Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with budgets, vendor contracts and overall event costs
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required (~25%)
