Generative AI Tools Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Create and configure AI-powered tools and workflows for quality assurance and technical support;
• Develop instructions and prompts using generative AI platforms;
• Prepare the knowledge, examples, and reference materials required for each tool;
• Test AI-generated outputs to identify inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete results;
• Refine prompts and instructions based on test results and user feedback;
• Update existing tools when processes or requirements change;
• Explore new generative AI capabilities and identify practical applications for the team;
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Development teams to test and improve solutions.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

• Practical experience with LLM-based generative AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude;
• Ability to write clear and structured instructions and prompts;
• Understanding of JSON objects and their structure;
• Basic understanding of APIs, including GET and POST requests;
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify quality issues;
• Ability to organize knowledge, examples, and reference materials for AI-powered tools.

Extra Great to Have:

• Basic programming or scripting skills;
• Experience with quality assurance or technical support processes.

Salary: From 1780 EUR/month (gross)
