Gaming Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on gaming equipment and associated components
- Support all service-related tasks required for the operation and upkeep of gaming machines
- Interpret and analyze data recorded by gaming systems
- Install, relocate, and configure gaming equipment as needed
- Deliver technical support and consultancy services
- Operate workshop tools safely and efficiently, including hand tools, soldering devices, and electronic testing instruments; prepare relevant documentation for completed tasks
- Act as a company representative in interactions with regulatory gaming authorities
- Adhere to technical policies and procedures governing operations
- Contribute suggestions for optimizing procedures to enhance repair efficiency, safety standards, and equipment security
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, or in technical support for electronic, slot machines, or gaming equipment
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power equipment
- B2 level of English proficiency, Portuguese
- Highly organized with strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
