Description
We looking for a highly organized and hands-on Game Producer to support the production flow of one of CrazyLabs’ leading mobile games. This role is focused on keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, identifying risks early, and making sure decisions, tasks, and dependencies are followed through until completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, confident in communication, and able to bring transparency and structure without taking over the team’s ownership of the product or production plan.
As a Game Producer you will:
- Monitor, challenge, and keep existing plans on track, including schedules, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, development, art, QA, data, monetization, and UA, to ensure project goals are met.
- Own hands-on follow-up, checklists, escalations, and transparent communication.
- Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve workflows, team productivity, and project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Ensure that deliverables meet the expected quality standards.
- Lead regular team meetings to align on goals, track progress, and identify blockers.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making within the team.
Requirements
Game Producer role requires:
- Proven experience in project coordination, production, delivery management, or project management within gaming, mobile apps, tech/product, or another fast-paced digital environment.
- Understanding of game development, mobile apps, or digital product workflows.
- Curiosity and openness toward using AI tools and automation to improve processes and productivity.
- Confident in raising concerns and pushing for progress, while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to follow up until tasks are completed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
