As a Game Owner, you will:
- Own the strategy, live operations, and performance of a hybrid-casual game
- Define the product vision and roadmap, and drive execution end-to-end
- Use data to guide decisions and continuously optimize KPIs (retention, monetization, engagement, UA performance)
- Collaborate closely with UA, design, tech, and data teams
- Balance gameplay quality with business outcomes
- Lead internal and external teams to deliver measurable results
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing, economy design, and content strategy
Requirements
Game Owner role requires:
- Proven experience managing and scaling mobile games (preferably casual/hybrid-casual)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of game economies, live ops, and monetization strategies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a vision
- Entrepreneurial mindset with full ownership mentality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
