We’re currently launching a new project — GlobalState — and building a new meta-vertical from the ground up. In this role, you will own feature development end-to-end: from concept and documentation to validation in the build and final quality.

What we want to see:
- Experience as a Game Designer / Feature Owner / Product Game Designer
- Ability to write clear, well-structured GDDs
- Strong understanding of game systems, flows, states, and dependencies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key teams (Dev, UI/UX, QA, production)
- Experience owning a feature from concept to validation in build
- Native Russian language
Additionally, it would be great to have:
- Experience in mobile F2P
- Experience with multiplayer or open-world projects
- Understanding of economy, progression, and LiveOps systems
- Basic knowledge of analytics
- Experience working with Unity
What you will be doing:
- Design and document features in GDD / feature documentation format
- Align features with the overall product vision and direction
- Define flows, rules, states, and constraints
- Collaborate with PO, System GD, developers, UI/UX, and QA
- Review and accept features in builds
- Contribute to the design of large-scale meta systems
- Break down complex systems into standalone features
- Maintain consistency across features within the product
- Identify and document product risks and open questions before development
- Own feature quality and completeness at every stage
- Ensure clear and transparent communication across teams
- Drive features to release without losing the original design intent
