Game Designer (AI)

Our Team will be happy to bring into the fold a talented Game Designer!

We are looking for a Game Designer who will play a key role in developing AI features from hypothesis to implementation. This position is essential for designing, balancing, and improving AI-driven game mechanics, ensuring intelligent and engaging gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Development of AI features from concept to implementation, including:
  • Hypothesis formulation;
  • Creation and maintenance of AI documentation;
  • Research and reverse engineering of similar products;
  • Setup and balancing of AI mechanics parameters;
  • Analysis and further improvement of game mechanics.
• Working with Unreal Engine 5.
• Mentoring and supporting junior and middle-level game designers.

Skills and requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Experience in creation and support of technical documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to analyze game mechanics and make data-driven adjustments.
• Strong written communication skills for clear technical documentation.
• Up-to-date portfolio with examples of documentation, concepts, and/or released projects.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the football domain and rules, passion for football and football simulations.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5, including Blueprint tools.
• Experience designing AI systems for online games.
• Experience leading or supporting a small team of game designers.
• Gaming experience on latest-generation consoles.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience reverse engineering existing game products.
