Game Designer
✅ What you will be doing:
- Describing and refining mechanics, maintaining and updating documentation;
- Curating new features from concept to implementation;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of mechanics and in-game events;
- Monitoring deadlines, quality, and workflow;
📌 We expect from you:
- Experience working on games that have been released on the App Store and/or Google Play ;
- Knowledge of the specifics and market of mid-core games, understanding audience interests;
- Understanding of f2p game monetization, ad monetization, industry trends;
- Understanding of key analytics metrics;
- Technical skills (Unity, GIT, Google Sheets).
Additional advantages:
- Experience with task trackers;
- Mathematical or engineering background;
- Experience working on battlers;
- Balancing development in mid-core projects.
