Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and agentic systems using Node.js and TypeScript within a fully AI-native architecture
- Build and extend intelligent agent infrastructure, including memory management, session handling, document spaces, and evaluation frameworks
- Drive the evolution of AI-powered user experiences, including AI-native platforms, Digital Advisor dashboards, and client assist use cases
- Develop reusable Stencil web components and integrate them into Angular-based applications to deliver consistent, high-quality front-end experiences
- Own full-stack responsibilities with balanced frontend and backend contributions
- Provide production support through on-call rotations and incident resolution
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript as a core language for both frontend and backend development
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and a proven track record
- Working knowledge of AWS alongside a strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Prior exposure to Kotlin and/or Swift with experience in component-based frontend architectures
- Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, including LLM integration, agent workflows, and memory and context management
- Experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks, with familiarity in AI evaluation pipelines and AI-native UX patterns
