FlyArystan supervisor Ancillary Products

Candidate’s requirements:

• Higher education (Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field).
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in an airline (ancillary revenue, revenue management, pricing or e-commerce).
• Understanding of airline ancillary products (baggage, seats, bundles, meals, insurance and other services).
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; SQL or Python will be a plus.
• Experience with airline PSS (Hitit or similar) will be a plus.
• English proficiency level at least Upper-Intermediate.
• Proactivity, responsibility, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.

Duties:

• Develop and launch new ancillary products and bundles, including partner services (insurance, transfers, VIP services, etc.).
• Manage existing products: monitor sales, analyse results and propose improvements.
• Prepare business cases, forecasts, budget and regular reports on ancillary revenue.
• Prepare business requirements for IT and the PSS vendor; coordinate testing and launch.
• Work with Pricing, Ground Services, Contact Center, Marketing and other departments on ancillary sales.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking of ancillary products and prices.
• Negotiate with partners and coordinate contract preparation within the competence.
