Coordinate end-to-end mystery shopping and field research activities across locations and channels
Recruit, onboard, brief, and support mystery shoppers
Schedule visits and ensure timely completion according to research guidelines
Act as the main point of contact for shoppers and resolve operational issues
Review and validate reports, photos, and recordings for accuracy and completeness
Ensure consistency and adherence to research standards and guidelines
Organize and maintain structured datasets for analysis
Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or notable observations from fieldwork
Support the preparation of summaries and reports based on collected data
Ensure quality and consistency of fieldwork execution across all locations and shoppers
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and operational standards
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in mystery shopping, fieldwork coordination, or research-related roles, with hands-on experience in on-the-ground data collection and fieldwork supervision
Strong organizational and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Experience working with structured data and following defined data collection or research guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Background in retail, fintech, or field-based/audit roles
Experience managing external fieldworkers or freelancers
Experience working in a market research agency or fieldwork vendor is a plus
