We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our hybrid, global team in Paris, France.
In this role, you will drive regional marketing strategies that generate measurable business growth and contribute to strengthening EPAM's presence in the French market.
As part of the EMEA Field Marketing team, you will support business development through integrated campaigns, events and account-based marketing initiatives to deliver marketing-qualified leads and client engagement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all marketing activities in France aligning regional priorities with global marketing programmes
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and pipeline acceleration
- Plan and execute regional events including trade shows, conferences, executive dinners and bespoke experiences
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that target specific accounts and sectors
- Lead the execution of regional account-based marketing (ABM) strategies based on data insights and engagement metrics
- Partner with sales on high-priority deals providing marketing support to accelerate progress through the funnel
- Create targeted marketing assets such as microsites, personalised content and deal-specific collateral
- Monitor lead management processes ensuring timely engagement by the sales team
- Report on campaign performance and ROI using data to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue goals
- Align marketing spend and activities to support regional business objectives and growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B enterprise technology environment
- Strong expertise in event planning including large-scale industry events and smaller executive sessions
- Proven experience developing and executing ABM strategies and targeted campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo and ABM platforms like Demandbase
- Ability to interpret marketing data and produce actionable insights for campaign optimisation
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness through automation, data analysis and content personalisation

- Working knowledge of platforms like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
