Why this role matters
We are looking for a proactive and discreet Facilities Administrator to help ensure our properties operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will manage maintenance, coordinate suppliers, and solve day-to-day operational matters quickly and effectively, creating a seamless environment for those who rely on our spaces.
The role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
What you'll actually do
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of properties and residences
- Coordinate repairs including electricity, utilities, internet, and general upkeep
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and external service providers
- Support renovation, improvement, and maintenance projects
- Arrange and supervise gardeners, cleaners, technicians, and other suppliers
- Respond quickly to urgent maintenance or operational issues
- Monitor service quality and ensure work is completed to high standards
- Track maintenance schedules, invoices, and supplier documentation
- Handle general administrative and facilities coordination tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve property operations and efficiency
Who we’re looking for
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus local processes and authorities
- Experience in facilities, property management, administration, or similar roles
- Strong network of local contractors and suppliers is an advantage
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driving licence
- Able to attend residences and properties when required
