Join as an Endpoint Management L2 Support Engineer and manage, maintain and support Windows endpoint environments for customers in a regulated financial services setting. Serve as the primary escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and own day-to-day operations across SCCM, Intune, OS imaging, patching and software release management.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve L2 escalations for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and Citrix VDI sessions
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) including client health, boundaries and reporting
- Manage Microsoft Intune co-management and standalone enrollment for compliance and device lifecycle
- Build, maintain and version-control Windows OS images using MDT, SCCM OSD or Autopilot
- Own the monthly Windows patching cycle including evaluation, deployment, compliance reporting and rollback
- Manage third-party application patching using SCCM or integrated tooling
- Package, test and deploy software releases via SCCM and Intune Win32 app deployment
- Support Citrix VDI environment including golden image updates, profile management and performance troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Security team on endpoint hardening and Defender configuration
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint administration, reporting and automation
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in Windows endpoint management and L2 support
- Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM including OSD task sequences, application deployment and reporting
- Solid experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance and app deployment
- Proven experience building and maintaining Windows 10/11 OS images and hardening
- Strong understanding of Windows patching lifecycle and compliance reporting
- Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops including golden image management and profile solutions
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Experience with third-party application patching tools
- Knowledge of ITIL change management processes
- Strong communication and documentation skills
