You will apply network troubleshooting, Windows endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune support, and IT service operations practices. This role requires you to be at the Krakow office every day.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users onsite and remotely
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners
- Coordinate with service providers and network engineers for issue resolution
- Support and maintain meeting room technology and equipment
- Ensure service level agreements and ticket response times are met
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
- Manage and resolve incident tickets efficiently
- Oversee server room operations and maintenance
- Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
- Follow all IT-related work instructions and procedures
- Maintain and update records of hardware inventory
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting techniques
- Demonstrated experience with Windows endpoint administration and management
- Working knowledge of IT service operations and best practices
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and support
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
- Readiness to follow instructions from direct supervisors and internal processes
- English language proficiency at B1+ (intermediate) level or higher, written and spoken
Nice to have
- University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Experience supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with remote access tools for troubleshooting and support
