We are seeking an End User Support Engineer to join our Prague office, providing technical assistance and ensuring seamless IT operations for our end users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users on hardware and software issues
- Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
- Oversee Digital Workplace Services, including endpoint devices, software and Office IT Infrastructure
- Ensure performance of Local Area and Wireless networks, switch room maintenance and IT infrastructure connectivity
- Apply intermediate knowledge in end-user support technologies and practices, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients and remote support tools
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to end-users, ensuring satisfaction and positive interactions
- Communicate technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical users
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a support engineer
- Advanced background in Windows Endpoint Administration
- Has experience in MacOS Endpoint Administration
- Advanced background in Microsoft Office troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams etc.)
- Proficiency in Networks Basics (DNS, Proxy, VPN, Remote Access (RDC), LAN, WAN, VLAN)
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Software and Hardware troubleshooting
- Understanding of ITSM principles
- English at least B2, Czech at least full working proficiency
