We are looking for a proactive Web3 Ecosystem Business Developer to expand Xsolla ZK’s Web3 ecosystem and drive adoption of the Xsolla ZK ecosystem across the gaming and web3 sectors.
Candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying high-potential partners (Web3 ecosystem partners including wallets, L2/zk ecosystem), structuring token sale strategies, and helping build scalable business models for game developers within a compliant and decentralized framework.
This role sits at the intersection of gaming, blockchain infrastructure, and payment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Web3, with a strong network in both traditional and decentralized ecosystems.

Lead Xsolla ZK business development and ecosystem partnerships in the Americas region with a focus of USA market
Identify and engage with web3 and traditional game studios, and blockchain infrastructure partners to establish and close partnerships and deals
Design and negotiate deal structures that include partnership and regional community incentives
Serve as the primary point of contact for projects onboarding to Xsolla ZK in the Americas region
Contribute to the evolution of go-to-market strategy for the ZK ecosystem, including brand positioning and narrative, token utility, and ecosystem value loops
Represent Xsolla at Web3 and gaming conferences, hackathons, and investor/demo events
3+ years of experience in Web3 business development and ecosystem partnerships
Deep knowledge of the Web3 space, especially gaming and token incentive models
Prior experience working with Web3 gaming and knowledge of traditional gaming business models is preferred
Understanding of zero-knowledge tech and its potential in decentralized infrastructure
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
