Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team in supporting critical enterprise workstreams for a leading regulatory organization undergoing a major digital transformation.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to support core Finance and HR operations. You will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the system is highly optimized, scalable, and fully aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, clarify, and translate complex requirements into structured functional specifications
- Solution Design: Design robust, scalable functional solutions utilizing standard Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices
- System Configuration: Perform hands-on system configuration, setup, and functional testing within the D365 environment
- Workstream Support: Provide dedicated functional support and guidance to the Finance and HR workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve functional gaps, and deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
- Dynamics 365 Expertise: Strong, in-depth functional knowledge of D365, with specific experience supporting Finance and/or HR modules
- Functional Design Skills: Proven ability to design functional solutions using standard "out-of-the-box" D365 capabilities, avoiding unnecessary customization
- Configuration Experience: Hands-on experience performing system configuration and administration
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners
