Dynamics 365 CE Senior Software Engineer with Copilot
EPAM's Microsoft Business Applications practice is growing, and we're seeking skilled professionals in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. You'll collaborate with distributed global teams to build mission-critical solutions for enterprise clients, while supporting companies as they drive forward AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create business applications utilizing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Design plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Set up and enhance Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse
- Take part in solution analysis, implementation, testing, and support activities
- Build capabilities using Copilot Studio
- Diagnose and fix technical problems
- Support efforts in performance optimization and maintainability enhancements
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
- Skilled in Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Background in C#/.NET plugins and custom API development
- Basic knowledge of Azure fundamentals
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Awareness of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity or development tools
- Background in designing, configuring, or building AI agents is a bonus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP
- Industry background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing sectors
