We are looking for an experienced
Drivers Marketing Lead to drive impactful marketing strategies across LatAm. If you have a strong background in brand building, thrive in data-driven environments, and are passionate about creating locally relevant campaigns that connect with drivers, we’d love to hear from you!
- Expertise in marketing tools and brand-building strategies, demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams as well as manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities, generate ideas, and propose impactful projects beyond assigned tasks.
- Proven skills in sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and local relevance.
- Data-driven approach and daily dashboards monitoring habits, with the ability to showcase results through measurable impact on key metrics.
- Deep understanding of LatAm countries local cultural nuances and ability to apply this in driver marketing strategies.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Expertise in ride-hailing would be a great advantage.
- Creating & executing Driver Marketing strategy for InDrive ride-hailing app for all countries with inDrive presence in the LatAm region (16+ markets with main focus on Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, etc.).
- Focusing on key analytically proven business metrics improvements (number of active drivers, increasing the segment of full-time drivers, new driver acquisition, retention) through Driver Marketing activities.
- Owning and developing omni-channel driver communication stream with both current drivers and potential drivers on the market, including CRM, performance marketing, SMM, driver influencers, rich media, etc.
- Executing driver marketing campaigns on the ground.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with different HQ teams and local teams on driver marketing.
- Conducting customer development (cus-dev) and research among drivers.
- Bringing local expertise to the HQ Driver strategy.
