The role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Marketing, Business, and regional PR teams, ensuring driver-related narratives are consistent, evidence-based, and scalable across markets. You will convert driver insights, product changes, and performance data into clear storylines and press-ready packages — tailored by audience (drivers media, partners, government stakeholders) and designed for rapid localization by regional teams.
- Own global drivers & marketplace comms (HQ): Set and run a measurable global strategy that keeps drivers core to inDrive storytelling.
- Insights to news: Work with Marketing, Analytics, Business, and Product to surface driver trends and convert them into media angles and narratives.
- Regional PR enablement: Produce localization-ready story kits, messaging, data-led narratives, press materials, and creative formats for media pickup.
- Global content hub: Maintain a centralized content library (angles, proof points, key messages, data) for rapid regional adaptation.
- Audience/channel tailoring: Adapt news breaks and messaging by channel and audience, from driver communities to government stakeholders.
- Cross-functional alignment: Align HQ strategy with local execution across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and regional comms.
- Budget & funding: Manage spend efficiency and identify incremental funding/support options.
- Resource coordination: Orchestrate cross-functional delivery, agencies/partners, planning, KPI definition (and feasibility), and execution.
- Experience in PR / brand storytelling / news-led comms (mobility/tech preferred).
- Strong skill in extracting stories from data, product updates, and customer/driver insights.
- Hands-on output: writes and produces narratives, op-eds, story packages
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Business.
- Strong English (written/spoken)
