We are seeking a Director, Partner Sales to serve as a strategic business leader responsible for growing EPAM's Google Cloud business through co-sell engagement, pipeline creation, marketplace acceleration and executive relationship management. This individual will work closely with Google Cloud FSRs, PSMs, KADs, GCC, Industry Directors, Enterprise Sales Leaders, Customer Engineers, Co-Sell Leaders and Partner Development Managers to identify, shape and close opportunities across targeted industries and accounts. The ideal candidate combines alliance expertise, enterprise sales acumen, executive relationship skills and a deep understanding of cloud transformation and Google Cloud's ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute Google Cloud growth strategy across assigned industries and geographies
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within Google Cloud sales, industry, alliance and leadership organizations
- Create and execute joint business plans aligned to Google Cloud priorities and market opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Google Cloud field sellers and partner teams
- Drive sourced, influenced and co-sell pipeline generation with Google Cloud
- Build and maintain a robust qualified opportunity pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual growth targets
- Identify and pursue strategic enterprise opportunities across Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI, Generative AI, Security, Application Modernization and Industry Solutions
- Accelerate Google Cloud Marketplace opportunities and consumption-based engagements
- Support opportunity strategy, account planning and executive deal orchestration
- Align EPAM capabilities with Google Cloud industry priorities across Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Energy & Utilities
- Collaborate with industry leaders to build differentiated offerings, solution accelerators, industry-specific value propositions and customer success stories
- Build trusted relationships with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) and Key Account Directors (KADs)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales or enterprise technology sales, with a focus on hyperscaler ecosystems
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Google Cloud or a comparable hyperscaler partner organization
- Background in Financial Services (BFS) industry go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
- Expertise in cloud transformation, Cloud Infrastructure, Data & AI and Generative AI solutions
- Skills in Application Modernization, Security and Industry Solutions offerings
- Proficiency in building and executing joint business plans with hyperscaler partners
- Understanding of co-sell motions, marketplace acceleration and consumption-based engagement models
- Competency in executive relationship management with field sales, partner and alliance leadership teams
- Capability to drive pipeline generation, opportunity strategy and account planning at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with Google Cloud roles including FSRs, PSMs, KADs, GCC and Partner Development Managers
