The IT company Andersen invites a Director of Managed Services to join the team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

– Developing the service support practice, increasing volumes, and expanding the client base.

– Defining the development strategy and managing the financial performance of the practice (revenue, profit).

– Preparing and adapting proposals to client needs: presentations, commercial documents, case studies.

– Participating in sales and negotiations with C-level executives of client companies.

– Building a service portfolio: technical support, infrastructure management (cloud platforms, servers), corporate systems maintenance (accounting systems, portals, OS), and application troubleshooting.

– Managing financial and service performance (profitability, SLA compliance).

– Managing existing contracts for system support, administration, implementation of IT process management solutions, and providing staff for client projects.

Requirements

– Experience in IT services for clients for at least 7 years.

– Experience leading a department, projects, or a team for at least 3 years.

– Practical experience in launching and developing service practices and bringing services to market.

– Ability to work with large clients: participate in negotiations, prepare proposals, and support deals.

– Understanding of client support processes and service delivery models.

– Skills in crafting service descriptions and preparing materials for marketing and sales.

– Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with partners and clients.

– Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to inspire the team.

– Willingness to travel.
