We are seeking an experienced Director to act as a subject matter expert within Account Management.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Directing the company's infrastructure and embedded unit
- Setting business targets and goals for the managed business unit, including revenue and profitability targets, engagement and utilization structures
- Conducting regular performance reviews, business planning, and forecasting for supervised account portfolio
- Reviewing strategic accounts' status with executive team
- Act as a subject matter expert and main liaison between EPAM Systems, Inc. and its clients
- Ensures the successful creation and execution of plans and provides business-technology solutions to the portfolio clients
- Creating Account development plans for managed account portfolio, working with assigned project managers on defining execution strategy and implementation roadmap
- Reviewing P&L reports, invoices' timelines, and utilized cost structure, developing solutions to improve margins and business unit profitability
- Presenting relevant company's expertise and case studies during the meetings with the prospect Hi-Tech clients
Requirements
- 7 years of employment experience in the job offered (Director, Account Management), Senior Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, CTO, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Department Director/Head of Department, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Testing Engineer, or closely related occupation
- Utilizing software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods, including Agile, in all phases of work
- Utilizing distributed enterprise applications to support account planning and strategy
- Using at least one of the following data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI to provide insights on business benefits to clients, creating proposals and presentations, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Utilizing at least one of the following project management software/tool: Jira or Kanban for workflow and project management
- Employing business intelligence concepts, including e-commerce and risk management, and applying at least one of the following CRM tools: Salesforce or MS Dynamics to develop business strategies that achieve client business goals
