We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain the Multi Cloud Operating Model (MCOM) infrastructure. This role serves as a technical bridge between Development and Operations, focusing on advanced automation, standardized architectural blueprinting and the development of the Packaged Solutions Service (PSS) documents.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain standardized infrastructure blueprints that define system-deployable units and their cross-cloud dependencies
- Provision and manage multi-cloud resources through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines via Terraform and Ansible
- Development and optimization of automated deployment pipelines in Jenkins to facilitate rapid, secure and reliable code delivery
- Diagnose complex environmental issues, utilizing logs and traces to identify and remediate root causes rather than symptoms
- Use the ELK stack for systems monitoring and integrate security scanning tools (Veracode, CAST, Qualys) directly into the delivery lifecycle
- Author and maintain high-quality reference documentation, architectural diagrams and runbooks to support team scalability and knowledge transfer
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and prompt engineering to accelerate IaC development and automate repetitive operational workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Proficiency in AWS and GCP (Azure experience is an advantage)
- Expertise in Terraform and Ansible with experience creating reusable modules/templates
- Competency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management
- Knowledge of the Elastic Stack (ELK) for observability and monitoring
- Capability to communicate complex infrastructure concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and a proactive approach to learning new cloud services
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Google Anthos (GKE Enterprise)
- Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Copilot
- Skills in Python or Bash scripting
