Responsibilities
- Design and maintain structured onboarding journeys, interactive learning paths, and self-service portals for developer teams
- Author clear, concise technical documentation, quick-start guides, FAQs, and release notes using Markdown and internal wikis
- Script, record, and edit engaging video tutorials that walk developers through DevOps tools and workflows
- Champion adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools, teaching teams to leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation and CI/CD optimization
- Host live training sessions, facilitate workshops, and run technical office hours to build a thriving developer community
- Serve as the voice of the developer, translating feedback into actionable requirements for core DevOps and infrastructure teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Training, or Technical Writing with a DevOps/Platform Engineering focus
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker, cloud infrastructure, and version control
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for development, troubleshooting, or documentation
- Proven portfolio showcasing technical writing (docs, blogs, guides) and/or technical video creation (screen recordings, tutorials)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and passion for helping engineers succeed
- Experience with static site generators, Markdown, or publishing tools is a plus
