Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help plan and deliver technology initiatives across a portfolio, partnering with engineering and architecture stakeholders. You will strengthen delivery operations through clear documentation, measurable reporting, and practical use of AI tools. Apply to help teams execute with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects to meet delivery goals
• Align portfolio work with strategic objectives and track outcomes across initiatives
• Facilitate solution design discussions and drive alignment on architecture decisions
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders to ensure clear status and decision flow
• Maintain project documentation in delivery tools to keep requirements and plans current
• Track and report OKRs/KPIs to measure progress, risks, and delivery performance
• Automate reporting and repeatable processes to reduce manual effort
• Promote and apply AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and engineering peers on key initiatives
• Support the Head Engineer with coordination and execution tasks as needed
• Co-create with product and business partners to align technology delivery to business objectives

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in program delivery or technology project management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams across multiple initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and similar project management tooling
• Portfolio management knowledge and ability to align work to objectives and outcomes
• Scrum knowledge and ability to support agile ceremonies and delivery cadence
• AI solution engineering experience with AI developer tools to improve delivery outcomes
• Strong written communication skills for requirements, specifications, and progress reporting
• Strong facilitation skills to run technical discussions and build consensus with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or comparable practical experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)

• Experience producing design documentation for enterprise architecture and solution design
• Java programming experience
