Delivery Manager (AI Native)

Responsibilities

• This position blends delivery leadership with practical AI expertise, supporting teams as they embrace contemporary AI-driven development approaches and deliver client solutions successfully
• Finish internal AI Native training, then guide one or more AI Native engineering teams through both training programs and client projects
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Staffing, and Delivery teams to establish realistic plans, execute effectively, and drive ongoing improvements in AI-powered project delivery
• Guide teams through the software development lifecycle by leveraging AI-powered development methods
• Confirm teams produce high-quality outcomes and fulfill agreed-upon project obligations
• Spot and resolve delivery risks proactively, clear obstacles, and stay accountable for results
• Support teams in adopting and refining AI Native delivery practices over time
• Document and distribute project artifacts, insights, and estimation data to enhance future AI Native initiatives
• Guide team members and help develop scalable AI Native delivery capabilities
• Get hands-on when necessary, testing AI tools and helping teams implement them successfully

Requirements

• Software development background with genuine, hands-on engineering expertise
• Delivery Management experience, having guided software engineering teams
• Demonstrated hands-on background developing AI agents and implementing AI-powered software development approaches on real projects
• Solid grasp of AI technologies and the AI SDLC
• Background working with AI-powered engineering and enterprise-grade AI tools
• Capacity to commit full-time to AI Native delivery, covering both initial training and ongoing client work
• English language skills at B2 level or above
