Delivery Lead/Scrum Master

Project description

Our client is a leading global Financial market data provider who runs a change program aiming to migrate a set of legacy data connectors to a new strategic platform. The main driver is to deliver high-quality software that connects Financial Markets across the globe in a real-time, high-frequency, and low-latency data management chain. The projects are technically challenging in an environment that is very engaging. Projects will utilize a multitude of different languages and skillsets with a focus on C++ and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• - Lead end-to-end delivery of Agile programs, projects, and product initiatives. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business value on time and within scope. - Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery roadblocks. - Track and report delivery progress, KPIs, and team performance to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Technical Leads to prioritize work. - Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, coaching, and process optimization. - Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and release coordination. - Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and high performance. - Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and Agile maturity growth.

SKILLS

Must have

• - Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, projects, or product portfolios. - Strong expertise in Agile delivery management, release planning, roadmap execution, and delivery governance. - Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. - Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams across business and technology functions. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business sponsors. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale software development, digital transformation, or system implementation initiatives. - Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and release management processes. - Experience working in Agile environments using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong data-driven approach to delivery reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance management. - Hands-on experience with delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms. - Ability to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence across teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing geographically distributed teams. - Relevant Agile, Project Management, or Delivery certifications (SAFe, PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, Scrum certifications, or equivalent).
