Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Delivery Lead/Project Coordinator to coordinate roadmap sequencing, capacity/quota management, and risk/client communication across all technical pods.

Responsibilities

• Sequence workstream roadmaps (e.g., ensuring optimization-core work precedes K8s integration)
• Manage GCP TPU capacity and quota as a tracked project dependency
• Own risk management and transparent stakeholder/client reporting
• Facilitate daily Agile-like team coordination across pods
• Support staffing/location strategy and capacity planning
• Advise on cloud financial models and cost-optimization techniques

Requirements

• Strong PM/delivery management background
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and terminology
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Agile-like methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud financial models and FinOps practices

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating multi-pod technical delivery teams
• Background in GCP account management or Google-specific account experience
