As a Dealer Acquisition Manager, you will drive the expansion of Salmon’s Moto Loan offline presence by onboarding and activating motorcycle dealers within your assigned territory.
Dealer Acquisition & Onboarding
- Visit dealer branches and onboard them onto Salmon financing products
- Build and maintain a strong dealer pipeline within the assigned territory
- Educate dealers on financing flows, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Ensure proper completion of onboarding requirements
Dealer Activation & Relationship Management
- Activate newly onboarded dealers and drive initial loan releases
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing dealers
- Drive repeat business and long-term dealer engagement
- Represent Salmon as the primary point of contact in the field
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Tech) during onboarding
- Resolve onboarding or operational issues efficiently
- Ensure dealers are properly trained on financing products and processes
Performance & Targets
- Consistently achieve monthly dealer acquisition and activation targets
- Contribute directly to GMV and loan origination targets
- Track dealer performance and provide regular updates
Field Sales Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales or dealer acquisition
Industry Exposure
- Experience in sales, lending, or motorcycle-related businesses
Relationship Building
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships
Mobility & Execution
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field work
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Product Knowledge
- Basic understanding of credit and financing products
