You will join a global Data & Analytics Platform Support team responsible for operating and enhancing enterprise data platforms across the organization. The team is expanding to support a Data Governance platform (Ataccama), ensuring its stability, performance, and integration within the broader data ecosystem. The role focuses on hands-on platform operations, L2/L3 support, and continuous improvement in a production support environment.
Responsibilities
- * Provide L2/L3 support for the Data Governance platform, including incident resolution, monitoring, and root cause analysis
* Administer and maintain the platform (Linux-based), including user access management, LDAP/AD integration, and patching/upgrades
* Configure and support data quality rules, profiling, and metadata management within the DG tool (e.g., Ataccama)
* Optimize platform performance through job scheduling, workflow tuning, and system health improvements
* Manage integration and connectivity between the DG platform and data sources (databases, APIs, data platforms)
* Support release management, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement, including participation in on-call and shift-based operations
SKILLS
Must have
- * Data Quality & Metadata (DQ rules, profiling, glossary, scorecards)
* Platform setup/configuration (Linux), user & access management, LDAP/AD integration, patching
* Performance tuning (job scheduling, concurrency, workflow optimization)
* Understanding of the connectivity of the DG platform to different sources
* Incident management (logs, RCA, L2/L3 support, ticket handling)
Nice to have
* scripting (Shell/Python), APIs, automation, AI.
