About the Role:
As a key member of our Analytics & Data Engineering Knowledge team, you will define and develop narratives and metrics, build data aggregations, and design schemas to support both backend processes and user interfaces. Your work will help generate meaningful insights and enhance our client's data infrastructure across the entire Services division.
Essential functions
- Develop and optimise data pipelines and schemas to support analytics and UI needs
- Define metrics and narratives that drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate on platform solutions, AI initiatives, and data quality improvements
- Support and enhance data infrastructure, ensuring data lineage and processing are robust and scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
- 4+ years of industry experience in a Data Engineering role
- Strong background with Superset, Data Engineering platforms, and data solutions
- Experience with big data concepts and technologies
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Iceberg, Spark jobs, and platform solutions
- Knowledge of data quality practices and AI integration is desirable
