About the role
You'll become the second analyst for Auto/Moto, taking on operational reporting and ad-hoc requests so the direction gets faster turnaround and no longer depends on a single person.
What you'll do
- Support Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders directly — turning their questions into data slices, trend analysis, and clear answers on short cycles
- Work across the full reporting stack: SQL, Databricks data marts, Tableau dashboards, and Python automation
- Split operational work with the Lead Analyst, freeing them for strategic projects while you own day-to-day requests
What you'll own
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and regular reports for key Auto/Moto metrics
- Write SQL queries and build data marts in Databricks
- Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder requests: data slices, trend analysis, and anomaly explanations
- Develop the reporting system — standardize metrics, automate manual processes, and improve data reliability
- Automate recurring reports using Python (pandas)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to clarify data needs and align on metrics and data structures
What makes you a strong fit
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Tableau — able to build and maintain dashboards independently
- Python (pandas) for report automation
- Able to work independently: break down a task, ask the right questions, deliver a clear result
- Comfortable reaching out to other teams, gathering context, and aligning on requirements
- Working English for stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- Experience building reporting systems from scratch
- Hands-on experience with Databricks
