What You’ll Do
• Provide customer support across multiple channels, including:

📞 inbound phone calls
📧 email
• Assist customers with questions about loans, credit cards, transactions, and mobile app features.
• Handle concerns with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a helpful and respectful experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system according to company standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in both Tagalog and English — written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a clear, customer-friendly tone.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
• Comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, and learning new tools.
• A proactive, curious, and customer-first mindset.
• No prior work experience required — we will train you.
