What You Will Be Doing
Working every day with business owners and entrepreneurs, matching their drive and attitude to get things done.
Supporting our customers, predominantly through live chat and email, with any questions they may have.
Working as part of a team within the customer care department and the business as a whole to ensure we meet all individual and team targets.
Adapting to change.
Suggesting what we can do better.
Who You Are
Fluent in English and German: written and verbal communication at advanced level.
Quick on your feet, ready to learn and grow.
Nice to have
You have worked in Customer Care for at least 1 year - online, on the phone or face-to-face. If you have not worked in customer care, but would really like to - let us know!
