About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Credit Operations Analyst to join our Credit Operations team. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of our credit processes, from loan origination through to portfolio monitoring and collections. You’ll be data-driven, curious, and focused on improving operational efficiency while working closely with customers, external partners, and multiple internal teams.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the end-to-end credit operations processes, including loan disbursements, repayment monitoring, and coordinating collections activities.
Monitor portfolio health and handle customers at risk of delinquency and in default, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
Manage communications with customers and external partners to resolve credit-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs.
Take ownership of daily operational tasks with an improvement mindset, actively identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts to help Credit Operations scale efficiently.
Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve operational performance.

Experience in credit or lending operations within a fintech, bank, or financial services company is required.
Knowledge of loan products, collections practices, and operational risk is an advantage.
